Manufacturing Network
The right facility for every construction.
Dragon Maiden does not run a single factory — by design. Every program is placed with a partner facility that specializes in its construction, and managed by our team from first sample to final inspection.
Our model
One partner between your brand and the production line.
You work with one technical team. Behind it, each style is matched to the facility best equipped to make it.
- Your BrandConcept, product direction and commercial targets.
- Dragon Maiden Technical DevelopmentTech pack, fit validation, fabric sourcing, facility selection and staged QC.
- Specialized Manufacturing NetworkPartner facilities matched to each construction.
Two models
Why we don’t put every product under one roof.
A legging line, a seamless knitting floor and a bonding workshop need different machines and different skills. Asking one factory to do all three is where quality problems begin.
Brand → one factory
Traditional model
- One factory makes every product type, whether or not it specializes in it.
- Technical problems surface late — often at bulk.
- If that factory is full or under-performs, the whole program stops.
- Communication runs through a sales contact, not a technical team.
Brand → Dragon Maiden → matched facilities
Dragon Maiden model
- Each style goes to a line that specializes in its construction.
- Technical risks are resolved in development, before bulk.
- Programs can move between qualified facilities if capacity changes.
- A bilingual technical team is your single point of contact.
Why it reduces risk
Specialization without the coordination burden.
Matched to specialized lines
Seamless, bonded and high-compression garments each need their own machinery and know-how. We place every style where that expertise already exists.
Supply chain risk spread
No single point of failure. If a facility’s capacity or performance changes, the program can move without restarting development.
One standard, one contact
Whichever facility makes your product, the same tech pack, the same staged quality control and the same team stand behind it.
Constructions we develop
From compression to seamless.
- High-compression leggings and shorts
- Seamless (circular-knit) garments
- Bonded and laser-cut construction
- Sports bra engineering — molded cups and graded support levels
- Training layers and lightweight outerwear
How we vet partner facilities
Every facility is reviewed before it receives a program.
- Social-compliance audit status and working conditions
- Technical capability on the specific construction, proven with sample work
- Capacity and realistic lead times for your quantities
- Quality-control systems — fabric, inline and final inspection
- Confidentiality terms covering your designs and technical files
Partner facilities receive only the files their stage of work requires, under confidentiality obligations.
