Who we are
Dragon Maiden Technology Limited (“Dragon Maiden”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in Hong Kong. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect
- Enquiry form details: your name, email address, company or brand name, website, and the project information you choose to share, such as development stage, target price point, quantities and links to files.
- Messages: emails and WhatsApp messages you send us, with the contact details that come with them.
- Program files: sketches, reference images, Tech Packs and other files or links you share with us for a program.
- Website analytics: basic usage data collected through WordPress.com and Jetpack, such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and the cookies these services set.
We do not collect payment card details on this website.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange calls.
- To deliver development, sampling and production services.
- To prepare quotations, contracts and invoices, and to meet our accounting and legal obligations.
- To keep this website secure and understand how it is used.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making, and we do not send you marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
- Our hosting provider, WordPress.com (Automattic Inc.), which stores website data and form submissions.
- Partner facilities, mills and service providers involved in your program, which receive only the information their step requires, under confidentiality obligations.
- Professional advisers, banks and authorities, where the law requires it.
We never sell personal data.
International transfers
We are based in Hong Kong. Our hosting provider operates servers in several countries, including the United States, and partner facilities involved in your program may be located in other countries. Your data may therefore be processed outside the country where you live. We share only what is necessary and require confidentiality from our partners.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as we need it to respond and follow up, and delete it when it is no longer needed. Records of client programs are kept for as long as needed to deliver the program and for the periods required by Hong Kong accounting and tax record-keeping rules.
Your rights
Under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486), you may ask for access to, and correction of, the personal data we hold about you. We respond to data access requests within 40 days.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may also ask us to delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or provide a copy in a portable format. We will handle these requests in line with the GDPR and UK GDPR.

Cookies and analytics
WordPress.com and Jetpack set cookies for security, statistics and basic site functions. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, although some features may not.
Security
Access to personal data and program files is limited to the people who need it for your program. Files are exchanged through secure links. No system is completely secure; if you believe your data has been compromised, contact us straight away.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
