Your Product Journey
From first sketch to shipped production.
Technical risk is resolved in the first stages, before any bulk fabric is committed.

You share a sketch, references or an existing Tech Pack. We confirm the product fits our scope.
- 02Technical Development
Fit analysis, fabric selection and construction review, delivered as the Development Package.
Typically 7–10 business days - 03Prototype
Sample development, fit correction and a PP sample.
Typically 15–20 business days - 04Production
Staged QC, manufacturing and shipment.
Typically 30–45 business days after PP-sample approval
Communication
No black-box manufacturing.
You see the product as it develops, not only when it arrives.
Weekly visual updates
Visual updates every week during sampling and production.
Proactive risk alerts
We flag fabric, timing or construction issues as soon as we see them.
Video approval
Nothing ships in bulk until you have approved it on video.

Payments
Milestone-based and transparent.
Invoices are issued by Dragon Maiden Technology Limited (Hong Kong) at each milestone and paid by international bank transfer (SWIFT). There are no hidden fees.
