A retail capsule, an instructor uniform and a brand collection ask different things of the same garment. We start with who will wear it, how it will be sold or used, and which styles need to work together. Your studio identity or brand direction guides the palette, silhouette and finishing.
Reformer & Mat
A no-front-seam legging and coordinating bra offer a focused starting point. During development, review waistband placement, coverage through movement, seam comfort and the intended support level. A fabric swatch alone cannot settle the final fit: the physical garment is reviewed before production approval.
One visual language, across different roles.
Instructor pieces can coordinate with retail without being identical. A half-zip layer or jogger can extend the collection while keeping color, logo scale and trim choices consistent. Decide the core pieces first, then consider sizes, replenishment needs and any date tied to a studio opening or member event.

Bring your references, brand colors and intended use. We review the development scope, fabric options and construction, then progress through pattern and sample work. Fit comments and agreed revisions lead to a pre-production reference. Required performance checks or external tests are scoped for the actual garment and material.

Can a Pilates studio order without an existing Tech Pack?
Yes. Start with your intended styles, references and brand direction. Technical development is scoped separately from production, starting at US$500 per style.
What is the minimum quantity?
Selected in-stock performance fabrics support production from 100 pieces per style. Full custom production starts at 300+ pieces per style per color; dyeing and special materials follow fabric MOQ.
Can instructors and member retail share a collection?
Yes. We can develop coordinating pieces with different fit or functional priorities. The style count, color plan and intended use are agreed before sampling.
