Begin with the pieces your customer or member is most likely to wear. A coherent set can support a brand launch, studio retail, instructor program or limited capsule. Agree the style count, core colors and purpose of the range before adding further variations.
Material availability shapes the route.
The 100-piece starting point applies to selected in-stock performance fabrics. Available colors, fabric stock and the proposed construction must be reviewed for the enquiry. Not every fabric or style is feasible at that quantity. Confirm suitability and availability before planning a launch around a material.
When full custom fits the brief.
Full custom production starts at 300+ pieces per style per color. Custom dyeing, special finishes and bespoke materials may introduce separate mill minimums. Where a precise color or material is central to the collection, we review it alongside the garment quantity.
Plan development and production separately.
Development starts at US$500 per style and production programs start at US$6,000 per project. Quantity alone does not determine cost: materials, construction, branding and style count shape the quotation. The timeline is discussed after the scope and material route are understood.

Before we begin.
Does 100 pieces cover the entire collection?
No. The starting quantity is per style on selected in-stock performance fabrics. Color and size allocation are confirmed for the proposed project.
Can I choose any custom color at 100 pieces?
Not automatically. Small runs use selected in-stock fabrics. Custom dyeing follows the relevant fabric minimum and may require a different production plan.
Is development included in the US$6,000 starting point?
Development and production are scoped separately. The proposal sets out agreed deliverables and costs before work begins.
